End-User License Agreement
rCoon is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to Apple's Standard EULA.
Supplementary Terms
The following supplementary terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard EULA. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use rCoon only for its intended purpose: organizing and managing your personal photo library. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
rCoon and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of their respective owners. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights to the app's intellectual property.
Photo Deletion
rCoon facilitates photo deletion through Apple's standard Photos framework. All deletions require your explicit confirmation via iOS system prompts. rCoon is not responsible for any photos you choose to delete. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your photo library.
Subscriptions
rCoon offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
rCoon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of rCoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
